About Me

My love affair with antiques began long before I even knew the word “antiquing.” I’ve always been drawn to pieces that carry a sense of history—objects crafted with intention, artistry, and soul. My style is a curated mix of old and new, but it’s the patina, the craftsmanship, and the stories behind vintage treasures that truly captivate me.

My very first purchase was in college: a Victorian chest of drawers from the early 1900s. Its mirror was worn and in need of resilvering, but to me it was perfect. That dresser taught me what I still believe today—when you fall in love with a piece, the imperfections only make it more beautiful.

I first learned about the Round Top Antique Show in 2008 in an article about Texas Antique Week in Sunset Magazine. I was living in Las Cruces, New Mexico at the time. I knew immediately that I had to go…but when?

By 2010, I was living in Austin, Tx and thanks to two kind women who insisted I join them, I found myself at the Round Top Antique Show for the very first time. They showed me where to park, which fields had the best finds, and even where to find a clean bathroom (invaluable advice at the time). Their insider tips transformed my first experience—and lit a spark that has never faded.

I’ve been coming to Round Top, Texas for over a decade, filling my home with antiques, vintage treasures, and one-of-a-kind finds. Since then, the Round Top Antique Show has become an annual ritual, woven into the fabric of my life. I’ve done it all:

  • Lived out of my RV for the length of the show, laptop in tow

  • Gathered girlfriends for unforgettable Airbnb shopping weekends, complete with champagne and charcuterie boards

  • Worked side by side with vendors to understand their world from the inside

  • Partnered with a golf cart company to ferry happy (and exhausted) shoppers from field to field

  • Built friendships that have lasted well beyond the show grounds

Through it all, I’ve watched the Round Top Antique Show  (and Round Top, Texas) grow—new venues, expanded fields, more treasures than ever before. And with each season, I’ve refined the way I shop, plan, and experience the show.

From the bustling Round Top Antique Fair to hidden barns filled with gems, I’ve walked the fields, haggled with vendors, and uncovered the pieces that make Round Top so magical. Friends began asking me for advice — where to shop, which vendors to visit, how to plan a trip — and that’s how this site was born.

Now, just as those first mentors shared their wisdom with me, I’m here to share mine with you. Through my Round Top shopping guides, vendor discovery toolkits, and curated experiences, I get to help you shop the show like a pro. Whether you’re planning your very first trip or you’re a seasoned treasure hunter looking for fresh inspiration, I’ll help you make the most of every moment in Round Top.

Because at the end of the day, shopping Round Top isn’t just about antiques — it’s about the adventure, the stories, and the joy of finding something truly unforgettable.

My mission is simple: to help you experience the Show with confidence and ease, discover the pieces that speak to you, and create memories as timeless as the treasures you bring home.

Outside of the Show, I’m a marketing consultant and coach, avid strength trainer, art aficionado, budding pianist, happily married to the hunkiest man alive and more.
